Pamela is a Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement® Practioner.   She has great success using the multi-faceted modalities of Rolfing®, Rolf Movement®, Myofascial Release, and Cranial Sacral therapies to help people suffering with chronic pain challenges (to include fibromyalgia).

Pamela's manual therapy practice offers a specialized slant in bodywork due to her interest in neuroplasticity and its affect on  changing structure and patterns of movement in the body that hold a person in a chronically painful pattern.

She finds that using a variety of techniques enables her to work together with her clients in a deeper exploration of the tissue and pain patterns with less discomfort than the typical "deep tissue massage".
